Brett Campbell's journey into real estate began long before he became a seasoned investor and land development expert. As a United States Air Force veteran, Brett served honorably for seven years, stationed at both Pope Army Airfield and Joint Base Charleston. His military career took him around the world, including a deployment to Afghanistan. These experiences instilled in him resilience, strategic thinking, and a commitment to building strong, trustworthy relationships.

Upon transitioning from the military, Brett sought new opportunities where he could apply his skills and passion for problem-solving. Real estate presented itself as the perfect avenue. Starting with rehabs, flips, and rental properties, Brett honed his craft by transforming underutilized spaces into valuable assets, creating affordable housing, and helping communities thrive.

It was during this period that Brett met Justin Tahilramani. Sharing a common vision for impactful real estate investment, the two joined forces, eventually shifting their primary focus to land investments. Together, they co-founded Sandhills Real Estate Holdings, LLC, specializing in land acquisition, entitlement, and creating buildable lots for local builders and developers.

However, Brett's approach to land development goes beyond just building. Growing up in a farming family in the Midwest, Brett developed a deep appreciation for agricultural land, sustainability, and conservation. This background shapes his investment and development strategies today, as he prioritizes preserving agricultural spaces while creating sustainable building opportunities. Brett believes that responsible land use means balancing development with conservation, allowing communities to grow while maintaining the natural landscape that defines the Sandhills region.

Brett’s commitment to strategic growth, long-term value, and collaborative partnerships remains at the heart of his work. Whether working on a new subdivision, supporting local builders, or preserving farmland, Brett’s dedication to excellence and community impact continues to drive his success in the Sandhills region and beyond.

Justin's path into real estate was shaped by over 13 years of service as an Active Duty U.S. Army Officer, where he specialized in acquisitions and federal contracting. Throughout his military career, Justin served in high-impact procurement and leadership roles across the Army enterprise, including three combat deployments to Erbil, Iraq,  Kandahar, Afghanistan, and Bagram, Afghanistan. These experiences not only honed his ability to lead in complex environments but, also instilled in him a deep commitment to precision, accountability, and long-term mission success.

Justin transitioned from active duty in 2023 and applied his extensive contracting background to the civilian sector. He led major public procurement efforts for local government in Florida, managing multi-million-dollar infrastructure and capital improvement projects. His expertise in strategic sourcing, cost control, and contract structuring allowed him to bring unmatched operational discipline to every project he managed.

Justin brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to real estate investment, leveraging his background in government procurement and planning to uncover undervalued land opportunities, mitigate risk, and create sustainable long-term returns. His eye for detail, methodical process, and deep respect for community growth are defining features of his development philosophy.

Whether navigating the entitlement process, structuring off-market land deals, or collaborating with builders and municipalities, Justin remains focused on building lasting value for investors, families, and the communities they serve. His leadership, work ethic, and strategic mindset continue to shape the trajectory of Sandhills Real Estate Holdings as it grows into a market leader in land development across the region.
